Limited numbers: Class numbers will be limited to allow adequate distancing, so booking classes will now be essential.
Mats: We encourage you all to bring your own mats to practice on, we will still have mats that you can use but there is now a $2 hire fee per use and our team will clean the mats thoroughly after.
Contact: You will need to make sure your email and phone number is up to date in our system for contact tracing, because of our booking system we will have accurate tracing.
Hygiene: We have introduced increased cleaning protocols, hand sanitiser is available and we ask you not to enter the studio if you are feeling unwell.

Welcome to Yoga Whitianga where we teach Iyengar yoga.
Iyengar Yoga classes are based on alignment.
Through alignment comes physical awareness, strength and flexibility.
With the aid of props or no props you are able to achieve poses and hold them for longer.
This means yoga can be accessible even if you are rehabbing with injury or dealing with weakness.
Our vision is to create a space where you are able to have time for yourself while fully integrating your body, mind and breath.
