Iyengar Yoga classes are based on alignment. Through alignment comes physical awareness, strength and flexibility. With the aid of props or no props you are able to achieve poses and hold them for longer. This means yoga can be accessible even if you are rehabbing with injury or dealing with weakness. Our vision is to create a space where you are able to have time for yourself while fully integrating your body, mind and breath. |
