Woman practicing yoga in a downward-facing dog pose with her hands on a folded towel, head on a cushion, in a well-lit room with wooden flooring, an exercise strap hanging from the ceiling, and a window.

For regular students who want to develop a more independent practice.

I practise alongside the class, leading students through a sequence with less instruction than a regular class. We pause when needed to question, explore and look more closely at what arises in the practice.
