STEPHANIE ANDERSON
Stephanie began yoga in 2000 while she was completing a diploma in therapeutic massage and neuromuscular therapy at The NZ college of massage.
Her passion is in anatomy and physiology and how through yoga we can give our bodies longevity in everything we do.
It was a natural progression to train to teach yoga as there were so many benefits that she was able to integrate into massage treatment plans and homecare.
She has now been teaching for 21 years and is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher and is in the process of sitting her Junior Intermediate Level 2.
She is a member of the Assessment and Teacher training committee for the NZ Iyengar Association.
She is a mother of 3 children and throughout her pregnancies her yoga was invaluable
Over the last 7 Years Stephanie's love for functional training and kickboxing has taken her into different gyms to teach mobility workshops as she understands the importance of keeping tissues and joints hydrated and mobile while training to prevent injury.
She regularly attends teacher development workshops with Peter Scott her senior teacher from Australia.
She also trains with visiting Senior teachers from overseas and NZ to keep her knowledge fresh and current.
It's never too early or too late to begin.

Bill Brundell
Born in NZ in 1955, Bill is authorised to teach full primary and intermediate asana series by the Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India. Bill has travelled to Mysore yearly since 1998 to study under his teachers Sri K Pattabhi Jois and Sri Sharath Jois for 2/3 months each trip and had the good fortune to stay for a year in 2004.
Bill’s intentions are to keep the teaching as authentic as possible. For Bill, the attraction to the Ashtanga method is the depth of it. He has maintained his daily personal practice since 1995. One never stops learning. Everyone can do it and practice it for as long as one is able to breathe. It is a very practical approach to self realisation which strips away the unnecessary by it’s flexibility to be adapted to the individual using the breath as the binding thread.
He moved to Stockholm, Sweden in 2005 and has been teaching the Mysore style since then and up to August 2017. From then he has been studying with his teacher Sharath Jois in Myosre India and teaching in South-East Asia.
